How long have you been CrossFitting?  Since June 25, 2011, the day after I completed on-ramp.

Why did you join CrossFit Stamford?  Honestly, I was a bit intimidated after viewing the videos of everyone doing the WOD’s and almost did not join CrossFit Stamford.  However, I was tired of being out of shape and was looking for a fitness regime that was challenging, fun, and within walking distance from my house.

What is your favorite movement? Box Jumps

What is your least favorite movement? Overhead Squats

What is the best thing about CrossFit Stamford?  The people.  The members are super nice and the coaches are wonderful and are always willing to answer any questions I have.

Do you have a most memorable moment? Completing the WOD on the last day of on-ramp with minutes to spare.

What are your fitness goals 3 months & 1 year from now?  3 months: improve my time on the WOD’s; 1 year: complete an Rx/Pack WOD

What are your favorite Paleo & non Paleo foods? Paleo (all types of veggies, except mushrooms), non Paleo (peanut butter and Pepsi)

What advice would you give a potential new member? Keep coming to the classes, it gets easier and do not be afraid to ask questions. 

What do you think of Rob’s beard?  Joke???  Alrighty.  Rob’s beard makes him look more….rugged.
