Behind the Neck Shoulder Press x 5
Overhead Squat x 5
Behind the Neck Sotts Press x 5
Rest 30-60 seconds

PART 1: 

Every 2 minutes, for 8 minutes (4 sets):
Strict Press x 2-3 reps 
Go as heavy as possible!
Every 2 minutes, for 8 minutes (4 sets):
Push Press x 2-3 reps 

PART 2: 

Partners alternate whole rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
3 Dumbbell Man-Makers (50/35 lbs)
6 Strict Pull-Ups
9 Burpees
