1 dozen chicken wings
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil, bacon fat, or palm oil
2 tablespoons smoky spice Blend (See below)
1 tablespoon chipotle powder
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sea salt
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 375 °F. In a large mixing bowl, toss the chicken wings in the melted coconut oil, bacon fat, or palm oil.
Add smoky spice Blend, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Place the chicken wings in an oven-safe dish, and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 °F.
