Easy paleo recipe from  I made this last night and it was pretty tasty!  (For Full Prep and Cooking Instructions CLICK HERE).  Be sure to prep the night before you plan to cook so you can marinate the steak.


For the marinade
For the rub
  • 2 tablespoons of your favorite ground coffee
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper, to taste
For the fajitas
  • 1lb Yampa Valey Grass Fed Sirloin Steak
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 poblano pepper, sliced julienne style
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced julienne style
  • 1 orange bell pepper, sliced julienne style
  • 2 tablespoons fat (I used bacon fat)
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Juice of ½ lemon

PS – No, the coffee marinade and coffee rub did not keep me up all night.
