These workouts are tough and leave me absolutely exhausted; these are NOT the workouts my neighbors are doing. I also like the competitive element that's woven into each workout. There is simply no better motivation than trying to beat your personal best, turning classes into team games, or waiting to see your WOD score post on the blog. Finally, I love the results.

I have been involved in sports my whole life from football, lacrosse and triathlons to surfing and I have never seen faster overall total body results than I have with CrossFit. My overall stamina, strength and agility have improved dramatically.

Andy and Kristie are a great balance providing instruction on Olympic weightlifting, Kettlebell training, Plyometrics and Bodweight Training. They make everyone feel at home and comfortable, but they have just enough drill sergeant in them to keep you motivated."

"I have spent last 25 years alternating between 2 types of repetitive workouts: either jogging or lifting weights (good old muscle head isolation stuff: bench, tris/bis, lats etc). And pretty much all I had to show for it was a rash of various injuries: e.g. achilles, wrist, shoulder, etc. More importantly, my back was a mess because I never wanted to believe in importance of mid-line (aka core) strength/stability.

Having found CrossFit, it's like finding out that that the earth isn't flat. In addition to getting to know some really good (and fit!) people and having a great atmosphere to push myself to the limit, Andy & Kristie are superb trainers that know their stuff. Even though we're in a small group setting, every single workout is like having your own personal trainer monitoring your every move.

I never would have thought that I would be psyched to be at the gym at 6am! "
