Clara BartlettI have been working as a fitness professional for nearly a decade and have been lucky enough to have practiced and worked in Europe, Asia and now North America.

Over that time I have run and managed:

  • Bootcamps, covering beginner to advanced levels of fitness
  • Sports teams
  • Small groups
  • Individuals
  • Crossfit classes

I have worked for a variety of organizations such as UFIT Singapore, ANZA Netball Sport Ready Netball Academy, Crossfit Bukit Timah as well as for myself. I am a great believer in fitness being open and accessible to all levels, from those embarking on their first steps towards a healthy lifestyle to those at the peak of their abilities. Being a mother of two teenage daughters I have a particular passion for working with young adults to ensure they learn what a healthy lifestyle means and that sets them up for being healthy and productive adults.

I have spoken about a healthy lifestyle, what do I mean? I see it as a balance between exercise and healthy eating, underpinned by the latest in science and knowledge. It should fun, challenging and one that comes with real physiological and psychological benefits.

With science and the latest knowledge being important to ensuring that I am able to give the best advice and direction to those that I train, I place great stock in learning. The qualifications listed below attest to that.
