Q. I am a member at another CrossFit affiliate how do I Drop In for a class?
A. We love visiting CrossFitters and will always do our best to accommodate you click here to register.

All visitors must register online before arriving for class please. Other Affiliate Owners are welcome to drop in for Free.

Q. I’ve been CrossFitting on my own or coming from another Affiliate do I still have to do the On Ramp Class?
A. Contact us and schedule a Skills Test. This is an opportunity to “Test Out” of the On Ramp class.

This is 100% Free. Schedule a time, meet with a coach and review your knowledge/ability on common CrossFit movements, talk about programming, schedule, price, community and get rolling in the regularly scheduled classes! 

Q. When does On Ramp start?
A. On Ramp starts on the first Thursday of each month @ 8:00 pm and then meets on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday @ 8:00 pm. It runs for 6 sessions and includes 2 Free Weeks of Unlimited classes.

Q. Where can I review my account and update my credit card online?
A. Click here to login and under payment options you can add a new card.

Q. How do I cancel or hold my account?
A. Shoot an email to info@crossfistamford.com 15 Days Before you next billing date.

All memberships are automatically charged to your credit card each month. In order to cancel or make any changes we do require it to be in writing (email).

Q. Do you have showers?
A. Yes.

Q. What type of sneakers would you recommend?
A. The Reebok Nano was made specifically as a CrossFit sneaker we would highly recommend them. In our opinion it’s the best sneaker for what we do. Many members also like the Nike MetCons, Nike Free, No Bulls or good old Chuck Taylors.

Q. Do you have Open Gym.
A. Yes. Shoot us an email for a list of times available.
