Group On Ramp Option

Our Group On Ramp (beginners program) will teach you everything you need and get you prepared to join the regularly scheduled WOD – Workout Of the Day classes.

On Ramp is required for all members who are new to CrossFit. The cost is $205 and includes the 6 On Ramp Sessions plus 2 Free Weeks of Unlimited WOD Classes. High school or full time undergrad students received a discount and the cost is $135.

Group On Ramp is 6 Sessions, each 1 hour long. Group On Ramp meets on Mon Tue and Thur @ 8:00 pm. 

During these sessions you will learn how to safely perform common CrossFit movements, increase your general conditioning, learn how to navigate the gym, meet the coaches and begin to get accustomed to training in a large fast paced CrossFit class.

We will slowly ramp up the intensity and volume as the classes progress. There will be plenty of exercise modifications provided for members who are new to exercise or have previous injuries or limitations. One underrated but important benefit of completing the On Ramp program is the new found friends you’ll make!

Private On Ramp Option

If you can not make it to the 8:00 pm Group On Ramp Class or prefer more One On One coaching we also have a Private On Ramp Option. Private On Ramp is scheduled at your connivence with you and your coach. Your coach will lead you through 5 Private 1 Hour Lessons and assign you 2 Conditioning workouts to be performed at the gym.

Private On Ramp costs $250 and includes the 5 Private sessions, 2 Conditioning workouts and 1 Week of Unlimited CrossFit Classes.

Already Have CrossFit Experience?

Great! If you have been CrossFitting at another affiliate and are comfortable with all of the movements and ready to go opt for a Skills Test.

The Skills Test is 100% FREE and it will give you an opportunity to test out of On Ramp and begin the Workout of the Day right away. You will meet with one of our Head Coaches and review common CrossFit movements, talk about programming, membership, schedule, community, goals, limitations etc.

Personal Training 

Personal training is recommended if you are training for a specific sport or event, have had health limitations, maybe taken alot of time off from exercise or just prefer the flexibility, additional attention and accountability of an appointment. Teens Do Work Program Age 9-13

Teens Do Work is for kids age 10-15 who are interested in improving strength and conditioning under the supervision of a qualified coach. The program will not only improve fitness level but will also give your teen the ability to set goals and create healthy habits necessary to excel in traditional sports and/or recreational activities.

Your Teen Fire Breather will learn body awareness, proper weightlifting technique and basic gymnastics.  Our program stands by the same core principles as our adult classes: have fun in a safe group atmosphere with positive reinforcement and peer motivation.

Stamford Strong Class

Shoulder a stone. Carry a yoke. Push/pull a sled. Flip a tire. Strong man movements enhance functional fitness and provide an important base for increasing your overall performance as a CrossFit athlete. This class is for all levels and you’ll be taught how to do these new movements properly and have fun trying out some new toys!

Strongman training is proven to increase your raw upper/lower body strength and at the same time boost your grip strength. Farmers carries are one example of a strong man movement that transitions over to enhancing your grip strength for Pullups, Toes to Bar, and Deadlifts for example.

Classes Meet Tuesdays and Saturdays @ 7:00 am.
